Two-way tie for top spot in Super League of Curling

The Williams Lake Super League of Curling’s third week of play is in the books and there’s a two-way tie for first place in the league.

On Monday, Nov. 3, Credit Union took control of the game early versus Save-On-Foods and cruised to an easy 6-1 victory for its first victory of the season. Prior to the contest Save-On-Foods had been unbeaten.

In the other matchup in the four-team league Caribou Ski doubled up on PMT Chartered Accountants, 8-4, after six ends of play.

Caribou Ski is now tied for the top spot in the WLSLOC with Save-On-Foods. Both teams sit with two wins and one loss, while PMT and the Credit Union have one win and two defeats.

There will be no games next week due to Remembrance Day.
