Sixteen fellow 150 Mile House and Williams Lake participants travelled to Kamloops this past weekend to compete in the annual Kamloops Spring Triathlon.
For some, this was their first triathlon. For others it was their second or third and, for one, the achievement of her first Olympic distance triathlon. All completed the race with smiles on their faces.
Williams Lake participants included: Angie Autantrim, Barb Bukkos, Hanna Mathews, Stephanie Huska, Tamara Smith, Catherine Thompson, Scott Thompson, Angela Vicars, and Korah Konopke. 150 Mile House participants: Sarah Austin, Jackie Austin, Kristy Davis, Jason Davis, Allison Brown, Coralee Lebourdais, Tanya Kielpinski, Kyleigh Williamson, and Deena Williamson.
