The Nancy Greene racers from the Timberland Alpine Ski Club were at Purden in Prince George Feb. 11-12, posting some top-tier results.

Five racers attended the North Zone Festival: Kaitlyn Lulua, Aliya Grant, Jadyn Grant, Emma Boehm and Mason Colgate, and all of them made their parents and coach Mike Boehm proud.

The festival consisted of giant slalom, combi, slalom, jump and speed trap.

On Saturday, Mason Colgate, in the under-8 division, raced for two medals, a third in giant slalom and a third in combi.

Sunday, Aliyah Grant, in the under-12 division, picked up a bronze medal in slalom.

Overall, coach Boehm said he was very happy with all the racers and looks forward to the next race being hosted at Mt. Timothy Ski Area on March 4.
