With a chance to really stick it to their teachers, girls from Lake City Secondary School fell short Wednesday afternoon during the school's annual Teacher vs. Student Hockey Game.

Keeping it close at 3-2 until near the beginning of the third period, LCSS vice-principal Curt Levens opened it up for the teachers, giving his team a 4-2 lead. From there, the teachers never looked back, holding the girls scoreless for the rest of the contest in a 6-2 victory.

LCSS teacher Matt Burgar, who looked a little shaky at times between the pipes, picked up the win in goal.
