The Williams Lake Stampeders celebrated another successful season recently with an awards banquet and dinner, where players were recognized for their accomplishments on and off the ice. Players, coaches, family and friends capped off the campaign late last month following a season where the Stampeders finished first in the Central Interior Hockey League East Division with a 12-win and four-loss record.

• David Gore/Francis Johnson: unsung hero
• Caleb Roy: offensive defenceman
