Teams have fun at Big Hole Tournament

It can be one of the most frustrating and mentally taxing games on a player’s psyche.

But Saturday, the Williams Lake Golf and Tennis Club made things a little easier for players in its annual Big Hole Tournament, carving holes the size of dinner plates for participants.

Players, registered as teams of four, set out on the links Saturday afternoon for the fun tournament. Some players dressed up in costume, as well.

Winning the overall low gross was Team Coutu, while overall low net went to Team Levens.

Coming up this Saturday, Sept. 24 at the WLGTC is the Fifth Annual Scramble for Literacy, a fundraiser put on by the Cariboo-Chilcotin Partners for Literacy and Heartland Toyota.
