The building, slated to open for next season, is being built thanks to a $1 million grant from Northern Development Initiative Trust’s Community Adjustment Fund.
It will include a retail area, guest services, office space, ticket centre, rentals, and additional washrooms. The energy-efficient building will also include in-floor heating, solar features, and extra insulation.
