Jack Pollon tries his luck fishing off the new dock for rainbows and brookies at Reservoir Lake, located four kilometres north of Williams Lake.
The improved access is part of a concerted effort by local ministry staff to help make angling as accessible as possible anyone wishing to enjoy the resource.
Fishing docks have also recently been installed at Ten Mile Lake, Howard Lake, Raven Lake, Greeny Lake and Dugan Lake. Pollon said he appreciates the new dock, because then he doesn’t have to worry about being in a boat.
