Hustlers continue winning ways at SFU 7s

The Williams Lake Hustler’s women’s 7s rugby team marched away from the 31st annual Simon Fraser University Highland Summer 7s tournament with another championship.

The Hustlers, who also won the Williams Lake Stampede Rugby Tournament at the end of June, added its latest milestone July 21.

Helping to bolster Williams Lake’s ranks in the tournament was hometown Canadian National Women’s 7s team member Kayla Moleschi, who also recently won a silver medal with Team Canada at the World Rugby Cup in Russia in June.
