Williams Lake’s Conlan Sprickerhoff, the captain of the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack cross country running team, runs to first place last month in Kelowna during a dual meet with the University of British Columbia Okanagan Heat.
Sprickeroff had a time of 21 minutes and 6.288 seconds.
