BC High School Rodeo provincial junior finals in play

Stampede Park in Williams Lake is filled with rodeo activity again this weekend as both the north/south regions for the BC High School Rodeo Association Provincial Junior Finals are in play Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20.

The action started with performances at 10 a.m. and again at 3 p.m. Friday and continue Saturday with performances starting at 11 a.m. and again at 6 p.m.

Competitors have come in from all over B.C., as far away as Kamloops, Fort St. John, and Kelowna, and from several cities in Alberta to compete in junior bareback, barrel racing, saddle bronc, breakaway, pole bending, tie down roping and goat tying events.
