Bantam T-wolves take bronze

The Williams Lake Bantam Tier 2 Timberwolves narrowly missed the final this weekend at its annual home tournament.

The T-wolves, after winning three games and losing one during the round-robin portion of the tournament Saturday at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex, found themselves deadlocked in a three-way tie with Quesnel and Salmon Arm for wins and losses.

Once total goals for were tallied the T-wolves fell just short of Quesnel by three goals.

Williams Lake’s wins came against Prince George (4-3), Vanderhoof (7-0) and Salmon Arm (2-1).
