Garth Guichon enjoyed the sun Monday walking with his son Ryder, 2. He feels the city’s proposed new outdoor smoking bylaw will be a good thing, especially for children.
The bylaw would make it illegal to smoke within 7.5 metres of a public building or facility such as a park for kids.
