Wow, what a versatile tool the FSA tests must be.

Used to rank children and schools, but now, in Walt’s world, to evaluate teachers (Teacher Qualification Service hang up your hats along with all those university professors who graded these people during six months of university).

The public funds both education systems with tax dollars, but the private schools also charge tuition fees.

It would appear the system with the extra bucks is able to achieve higher results on the Fraser Institute tests.

Is achievement directly related to increased funding?

Do those with higher tuition fees rank closer to the top?

Perhaps the public education system needs a restoration of funding instead of constant cuts and school closures.
