A large bouquet of roses to the CRD and the City of Williams Lake for having the foresight to have the old fire hall renovated and made into our wonderful arts centre.
Another bouquet to the great group of people who form the Central Cariboo Art and Cultural Society for making sure the arts centre is functioning smoothly.
Our group has had more than 10 homes since its conception in the 1970s. We now have a permanent place to meet and work.
It is accessible, bright, and cheerful. It is nice to have other art groups in close proximity.
Since moving to our new location in the arts centre, we have gained many new members.
Thank you to all the culturally- minded folk who have made the arts centre a reality.

A large bouquet of roses to Derek and the staff at Sight and Sound Audiotronic in Williams Lake who lent us an Internet stick at the last minute so we could hold our portal training sessions at a government office that wouldn’t let us access our testing site.
It’s so great to live in a town with down-to-earth, approachable people, who came through for us during excessive technical difficulties. Another reason it pays to shop locally!
