Please don’t give up on the flowers.
We should all plant an extra pot of flowers every time someone’s flower basket goes missing.
Is this flower thief taking the plants for their own pleasure or selling them off a truck?
I would suggest people be very particular where they buy flower baskets.
We have had two Canadian flags stolen off our flag pole in the middle of the day within the past couple of months.
I don’t know what the answer is other than talking to your neighbours and keeping an eye on what is going on in your neighbourhood.
Maybe the positive out of this will be getting to know your neighbours.
