Brent and the Holm family would like to say a very enormous thank you for the help and generosity of all the businesses and people who helped raise funds for Brent after his accident.

Thanks to you, Brent’s recovery has been so much easier without the burden of financial worries.

While we would love to be able to thank each person who helped individually, there are far too many to do so.

There are, however, some people who went above and beyond anything we could have expected.

Specifically, we would like to thank Tom Barr for letting us put on a dinner and silent auction in his establishment, which was a great success thanks to the generosity of all the businesses in Williams Lake that donated products to the auction, and the wonderful people who attended. We would also like to thank Darin Getz, Bruce Coombs, and all of the Loggers Association, Dave Whitwell with Westline as well as all the Westline employees and subcontractors, and Doug Fraser for all your generous cash donations.

A thank you goes to Tammy, Lorne and the staff at Cariboo Chevrolet for putting on a very nice barbecue for Brent and to Karen’s Place and the Comer Cold Beer and Wine Store for allowing us to put donation jars in your businesses.

Thank you to Kenneth Berry for his donation.

We also need to thank so many individuals for their cash donations, too numerous to do separately. It is all so deeply appreciated. We are so proud to be part of this city and will be forever grateful for your support, generosity and kindness.

We are very blessed to live in such a wonderful community.

Sincerely, Brent, Marian (mom), George (dad), Cathy, Crystal, Airron, Angela, and Mike
