Tommy Jack passed away at Cariboo Memorial Hospital on November 21, 2015 at the age of 89 years.


Going Home service with prayers and viewing were held on Thursday, November 26, 2015 in the chapel of Compassionate Care Funerals.


Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 28, 2015 in Redstone, with interment in the Alexis Creek Cemetery.
