It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rolly. He left this earth to join his Lord, surrounded by loved ones.
Rolly was born in Sainte-Francoise, Quebec. He moved to Hearst, Ontario where he met his wife Marian, of 67 years and started his family. In 1969 he moved his family to McBride, BC and in 1970 settled in Williams Lake.
Rolly's career included various businesses from long hauler, welder, feller buncher owner/operator, a fleet of logging trucks, parcel delivery and for a short time he had a small alpaca farm.
Rolly was a quiet, hard working, generous, devoted family man and a good friend to many. He leaves behind his wife Marian, daughters- Susan (Ed), Vivian, Nancy (Mike), Shirley (Todd), son Paul, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, brothers Jos, Marcel & Art, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Emile & Emma Marcotte, brothers Jean-Claude, Tom and sister Therese.
