With heartfelt sadness, the family of Roger Bremner announce his passing on August 17, 2017 in Williams Lake, BC.
Roger was the third child of Tony and Del Bremner, born March 3, 1961 at Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, BC.
Roger moved with his parents and sister to Williams Lake in 1973. Roger started elementary school in Coquitlam before moving to Williams Lake where he attended elementary and junior high school. Roger married Kelly on August 23, 1986. Roger worked in the trucking industry for most of his career. In 2016 he completed Heavy Equipment Operator training with the goal of working in a related field of work.
Roger leaves behind parents, Tony and Del, brothers, Gilbert, Robert, sister, Lisa, one nephew, two nieces, and their families as well as many aunts and uncles. Roger struggled with addiction during his adult life, which he worked hard to overcome. Roger was devoted to his parents, visiting often and bringing homemade meals, attending veteran’s events with his parents and taking time to bring a smile to the residents’ faces at the Village.
Roger’s family invite you to a celebration of his life on September 9, 2017 at 11 am at the Sacred Heart church followed by the Royal Canadian Legion at 12 pm.
