Robert was born in Paris Ontario. He moved to B.C. where he went on to have a family and made many friends. He cared and worked hard for his family. He supported his family working 30 years at West Fraser.
He spent his retirement taking care of everyone he loved. He is loved by many and will be deeply missed by those he helped and those he cared for. He was always there for anyone in need. Bim left us in peace, taking comfort in having both family and friends by his side.
Beloved husband of Marlene. Father of Melissa (Mark Phung) and Jesse (Christina Ratzinger). Grandfather of Denza and Cashis Phung. Predeceased by his Mother Bernice Swears and Father Melvin Swears.
Survived by his sisters Barbara Jean Skillings, Bettyanne Hawthorn, Linda Doy and Judy Stewart who are all with heavy hearts.
A celebration of life with a Potluck dinner will be held on February the 10th 2018 at The United Church starting at 2 pm.
