Rick Grisdale

It is with profound sadness that the family of Rick Grisdale announces his passing. He passed away with family by his side on July 8, 2023.
Rick is survived by his loving wife, Sue of 23 years, his siblings, Glen (Gloria), Bill (Marie), Ron (Leslie), Pat (Cindy), Mike (Vickie) and many nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
Rick is lovingly remembered by his children, Jeff (Brooke), Shirley, Cory (Stephanie) and Jamie
Predeceased by his parents, Morris (1978) and Jean Grisdale (2006)
The family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Cariboo Memorial Hospital and Kamloops Inland Royal Hospital for their kindness and care of Rick during his battle with cancer.
A Celebration of Life for Rick will take place on August 26, 2023, at 1 p.m. at the family home.

The joints are a woodworker's art and a pleasure to see When glued together strong and straight it will be The last piece of the carpenter's work is at hand To finish is to wax the wood for a look that's grand
Wonderful wood full of carbon is ecological The carpenter stands back in his craftsman's call Working with your hands shows a skill so good As he works his magic cutting and shaping the wood
