April 25, 1929 ~ January 19, 2017

Pat will always be remembered and cherished by her husband of 67 years, Bill, daughters Linda Steele (Brian Durrell), Janet Bates (Ken), Denise Skarra (David), Angie Condon (Kelly), 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Pat grew up on a dairy farm in Delta. BC. In 1949 she met and married her soul mate Bill. They moved to Montreal where Linda was born. Beautiful BC called and they came West. Janet and Denise were born in the lower mainland. In 1959, they made Williams Lake their home where their fourth daughter Angie was born.

Pat would bake for every bake sale, sew for every bazaar and volunteer for every event the girls were part of. The Anglican Church, the Seniors Centre and the Salvation Army were just a few of the organizations Pat gave graciously of her time.

As Pat and Bill raised their girls, summers were spent at the cabin at Felker Lake. Pat loved the singsongs around the campfire most of all.

Their home on Dog Creek Road became a gathering place for family with beautiful gardens and a workshop for Bill. In retirement they loved to travel to see their girls.

Pat lived for family.

we know blow away”
