Maureen Sarnowski, born November 10, 1935, passed away May 28, 2013. Maureen is survived by husband Peter Sarnowski; daughters Valorie, Claudia, Margaret (Peggy) and Jewel; sons Joe, Chris (Tanya) and Kelly as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Many will remember Maureen for her love of life, many varied interests, and incredible talent, particularly quilting. Also, that in 1969, Maureen caused quite a stir in Williams Lake when she gave birth to triplets.
It was Maureen’s request that no funeral services be held. Knowing her love of animals, the family request that donations in memory of Maureen be made to the Williams Lake SPCA.
