Marion Joan Boomer
1932 ~ 2011
Marion Joan Boomer of Kamloops passed away on October 2, 2011 at 79 years of age. Marion is survived by her loving children; Wayne (Kris) Boomer of Williams Lake, Brenda Richardson of Kamloops, Lynne (Wayne) Wessels of Williams Lake, and Karl (Roxanne) Boomer of Duncan, BC. She will be greatly missed by 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, sisters; Irma Kaulback of Courtenay, BC and Louise Turner of Salmo, BC. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Boomer in 2003 and son Rick Boomer in 1975.
Marion was born on April 4, 1932 in Calgary, Alberta where she resided until her move to British Columbia in 1949 and lived in Burnaby, Squamish, Williams Lake, Courtenay and Kamloops.
A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Kamloops Funeral Home, 285 Fortune Drive, Kamloops, BC.
