Marguerite was born in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia and lived the last 5 years in Williams Lake. In 1950 she married Quentin Covey (predeceased in 2016) and raised two daughters. She loved her family and church and enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking.
Marguerite is survived by her sister Jean and children Marion Betz of Portland, Oregon and Shirley Johnston of Williams Lake. She will be sadly missed by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Williams Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church on Monday, November 12 at 2 pm.
