Lorraine Donna Rosner, age 68, went to be with her Lord suddenly on September 10, 2022 in Williams Lake.
Born March 4, 1954 in Vita, Manitoba, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Lottie Rosner. She spent the first 9 years of her life with her parents and sister, Edna, enjoying the family farm in Manitoba. In 1963, her family moved to Williams Lake, BC where Lorraine spent the rest of her child and youth years. Attending Columnetza High School and church at Calvary Tabernacle, she had a very active social life. Lorraine married Soren in 1973. They settled in North Vancouver and had two children, Teesha and Cory. After 19 years of living at the coast, Lorraine moved back home to Williams Lake with her children. She then started working at Caribou Memorial Hospital in Medical Records and X ray Department for the next 26 years until retirement.
Lorraine loved to enjoy life with the ones she loved. Between visiting with her children, grandchildren, sister and brother-in-law, nieces and nephews, and close friends she kept busy doing the things she loved: cooking and baking, camping and fishing, quilting and rug hooking, playing games and reading books, always making sure to wear her favorite lipstick! Lorraine was a wonderful mother and grandmother, treasured sister, aunt and niece, and faithful friend to many.
She is survived by her children Teesha (Darren) and Cory (Jolene), Grandchildren Aiden, Austin, Asher, Oakley, Shayla, and Jordan, Sister Edna (Art), Niece Dana (Kaylie and Logan), and Nephew Aaron.
