Lawrence Alvin Haines, 77, died September 18, 2016, with his family by his side in Williams Lake at the Williams Lake Seniors Village.
Lawrence was born on September 28, 1938 at an old police station in Hanceville, BC. He was very hardworking as a heavy equipment operator doing multiple jobs on fires, road building, logging, and construction.
Lawrence was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Lawrence is survived by his son Morgan Roy Haines and daughter-in-law, Sharon Haines along with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lawrence has 3 sisters and one brother: Daphne Holloway, Roland Haines, Lenora Rushton, and Karen Fairclough.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his wife, Frances (Hannah) Haines.
