Kenneth Prosper Michel, 64, of Williams Lake, BC passed away on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 at home surrounded by family. He was born on August 2nd, 1954 in "The Puddle" to Prosper Rocky Michel and Cecilia Michel. He worked as a carpenter who took pride in his work for over 40 years, was well known by and befriended many staff at local woodworking tool and lumber shops in Williams Lake.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter Kara and brothers Frank, John and Danny.
He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara and his children Wenona and her husband Jason, Jonathon and his wife Angel, and Benjamin and his wife Alicia and 8 grandchildren.
His memorial service will be held at the Elizabeth Grouse Gymnasium (built by Ken), 2739 Indian Dr. Williams Lake, BC at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 13th, 2019.
