With sad hearts we announce the sudden passing of Kelvin Kozak September 17, 2019 in Edmonton Alberta.
Kelvin was born in Williams Lake September 22, 1961.
Kelvin was predeceased by his son Isaiah in 2017 and by his father Earl in 1988.
Kelvin is survived by children; Gabrial, Noah and Renee also two grand children, brother; Gary, sister; Pam, mother Phyllis (Kozak) Nelson and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kelvins passion of traveling, family and trucking, kept him busy.
A celebration of life will be held at the United Church, 1000 Huckvale Place, WL on September 28, 2019 at 2 pm.
