It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and boyfriend, Kalvin Marcel King on Wednesday August 15, 2018.
Kalvin will be deeply missed by his parents Monique and Marcel King; his siblings Angie (Kevin) Boyd; Michael (Tiffany) Denne-Smith; Mandy (Pat) Casey; nieces Bailey, Tessa, Emma, and Quinn; nephews Dayton, Rogan, Tyson; the love of his life Jesse Colton, and her family.
Kalvin was born in Williams Lake Hospital in 1985 and lived the majority of his life Horsefly with enthusiasm, love, compassion, zest, and an adventurous spirit to the fullest.
Anyone who knew Kalvin knows that he was passionate about three things. His girlfriend Jesse; his family; and of course gold. He had big dreams and plans for his future, unfortunately his life was cut short before they could be fulfilled.
Our heart still ache with sadness and many tears still flow
Why you had to leave we will never know.
We hold you close within our heart and there you will remain.
To walk with us throughout our lives, may the force be with you, until we meet again.
An open Celebration of Life will take place at Monique and Marcel's home on August 25 from 12 pm - 4 pm. Please join "Remembering Kalvin King" on Facebook for additional information. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for a donation to be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
