It is with heavy hearts the family of John Drift Sr, announce his passing.
John was born in Belle Mead, New Jersey. He moved to Horsefly, BC in 1963 with his wife, Marianne and two boys John and Daryl. John lived for the great outdoors and was blessed to have been a Guide Outfitter for most of his years.
He is survived by his sons, John (Pat) and Daryl (Ellen). Grandchildren, Zach (Tamara), Amber, and Wyatt (Kaylea). Great Grandchildren, Asher, Alice, and August. Brother, Richard Drift.
John was predeceased by the love of his life, wife of 62 years, Marianne, Grandson Brett Drift, and three brothers, Fritz, Donald, and Raymond.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to the Alzheimer Society.
Celebration of Life will be held for John May 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Ramada Inn Conference Center, 1118 Lakeview Cres. Williams Lake, BC.
