James F. (Jim) Struthers, passed way at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake on April 9, 2002 at the age of 67.
Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife Madge, and six children; Richard, Dianne and Lynda in Prince George; Sandra (Steve) in Kelowna; Tina (Bryan) in Abbotsford and Jeanne (Wade) in Aldergrove; and grandchildren Christopher, Dustin, Danille, Alexis, Kyle, Shayna, Cameron, Nick and Nolan.
He will also be remembered by his brother, Bill, in California and by nephews Ian, Duncan and Neil and by his extended family and his many friends in B.C., England and Scotland.
Jim was born in Lanarkshire, Scotland May 23, 1934 and emigrated to Canada in 1954.
He worked in Terrace for a number of years and moved to Williams Lake in May 1975 where he started work for P&T Mills (now Riverside).
Jim was an avid square dancer and was very involved with the Stampede Whirlaways Square Dance Club in Williams Lake.
He was always involved in helping his family and many friends and he loved to travel and camp.
