With deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear brother Jurjen (Jerry) Rook.
Jerry was born in Kampen, “The Netherlands” July 30, 1936. He came to Canada in 1956 and lived most of his life in Williams Lake where he made many friends.
Jerry passed away in Kamloops hospital on September 17, 2011.
He leaves to mourn one sister Aly, two brothers, Bert (Tine) and Arend (Ko), sister-in-law Wine, and many nieces and nephews, all the Netherlands.
There will be no service by Jerry’s request.
