It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, father and grandfather. Bruce passed away at home in the early morning of September 22, 2021. Bruce was born in Toronto, Ontario the middle brother of 3 boys the oldest Howard (Miriam) Grey and the youngest W. Norman (Donna) Grey. Bruce moved as a little boy to a farm at R.R. 2 Pefferlaw, Ontario where he met his future wife Claudia Mercer Marshall at Sutton District High School, they married in July 24, 1964. He started his own plumbing business called Bruce Grey Plumbing & Heating. In the first 9 years of marriage 3 children were born Janet, Rob & Susan. Bruce was grandad (gramps) to 3 grandchildren Morgan, Jordyn, and Kieran Grey. Bruce moved to BC in 1973 and started Big Country Pumps in 1974 and remained in the plumbing business until he retired in 2014 after having a stroke in 2013 he then sold the business to his son. Bruce was very outgoing and was always seen having a coffee at Tim Hortons and catching up on some chitchat.
Bruce is survived by his wife Claudia of 57 years, his daughter Janet, son Rob (Selena), daughter Susan (Rich) and 3 grandchildren Morgan, Jordyn, and Kieran.
Bruce was predeceased by his brother Norm Grey.
