It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, grandmother and beloved wife Gurmej Kaur Bilkhu. She was born in Beas Pind, Punjab, India and immigrated to Canada in 1975 making
Williams Lake her home. She is survived by her husband Arjan Singh Bilkhu, six children Amrik (Amarjeet), Tony, Harbhajan (Charanjit), Jasbir (Sarwan), Narinder (Rob) and Manjit (Mark) and 14 grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and will forever remain in our hearts.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Cariboo-Chilcotin Funeral Services Home at 455 2nd Avenue followed by services at Guru Nanak Sikh Temple on MacKenzie Avenue.
