Amazing Father, Brother, Uncle
Lived a long, prosperous life out in Anahim Lake- spent his days taking in the nature out in Nimpo - lived every day to the fullest and spend the last few years smelling the roses after his wife of 33 years passed in Oct 21, 2021, Marlene Elkins-Fraser, he realized life was short.
He will be missed by many, as he had a huge impact on all the communities located out west.
Gone but never forgotten.
