Frank Harold Proctor passed away February 20, 2011 in the Seniors Palliative Care Centre, with his loving family gathered around him.
A Memorial Service will be held on May 22, 2011 at noon at Cochin Lake Campsite on Chilko Lake Road. There will be a pot luck lunch after the memorial at the campsite.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Williams Lake Seniors Village, Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
