It is with great sadness that the family of Frank William Phillips announce his peaceful passing on March 10, 2013 at the Deni House in Williams Lake with his wife Joy at his side.
The family would like to thank Dr. York and all those at the Deni House for their help, comfort and support while Frank was there.
Frank and Joy were married for 69 years and have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Burial was held in the Williams Lake City Cemetery on March 14, 2013 with Rev. David Wilson officiating.
