The family would like to announce the passing of Fay Sage. Fay was born July 13, 1920 at Hanceville, BC in the Chilcotin. 2nd child of Gerald and Madeline (Queenie) Blinkinsop. She left us on May 3, 2016.
Fay was predeceased by her parents; brother, Neville and husband, Nip Sage. She is survived by her nieces, Rachel McDonald (Jim) in Saskatchewan, Victoria-May Gains (Terry), Sharon Kusche, Gladys Nicholet, Nicole Edwards; nephew, Doug Sage and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Throughout her life Fay has helped us all with her insightfulness, wisdom, spirit and strong respect for all people. Our love for Fay will continue to be with us always.
At Fay’s request there will not be a service. In lieu of flowers a donation to Saanich Peninsula Hospital Extended Care or a charity of your choice.
