September 26, 1926 – December 4, 2020
Born in Bon Accord, Alberta; Eugene was predeceased by an older sister Bernice, brother Cecil, and younger sister Rosemary. His brother Fred still lives in Chilliwack, BC.
He was the father of six children. Carolyn and Laurianne of Williams Lake, Connie and Valerianne of Kelowna and Lynette of Kamloops.
He was predeceased by son James (Jim) Aug. 10th, 2016. He also had 21 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren who were dear to him.
Eugene worked in the bush, then graded lumber in Kelowna until he retired. His retirement years were spent half in the Okanagan, half in the Cariboo, with his final year in a retirement home in Williams Lake. He is survived by Clara, his loving wife of 69 years.
We will miss him, but he is in God’s loving care.
