Predeceased by son Harold Allan, twin sons Glenn and Graham, husband Harold Colin, Dorothy is survived and will be sadly missed by her daughters Shirley and Heather, sons Charles and Terrance, 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Remembered for her tireless volunteer efforts and her ‘fiesty’ independent spirit, Dorothy passed away following a lengthy battle with cancer and severe Alzheimer’s.
Graveside Service at 1:00 pm Thursday, February 5, 2009. There will be celebration of Dorothy’s life to follow at the Seniors Activity Center at 2:00 pm.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Society.
