It is with heavy hearts that the children of Donald Theodore Malmas announces his sudden passing on Wednesday August 28, 2013 at the age of 84 years. Don is survived by his family; daughter Carole (Bernie) Daenckaert of Campbell River, David (Crystal) of Abbotsford, Ron (Steven) of Williams Lake, Brian (Carol) of Westbank. Grandchildren; Christy (Gerard), Pam (Brandon), Roman (Sharleen), Steven, Carlee (Troy), Levi (Teresa), Lindsay and Taylor as well as five Great Grandchildren. Don is also remembered by his sister Doreen Mather and 2 Brothers in Law, John and Lionel Speck. He was predeceased by his wife Valerie in 1989. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 2, 2013 at 2p.m. at the Aldergrove Legion Hall. Don was cremated at his request and his cremated remains will be placed with his late wife Valerie next June at Loon Lake, BC.
