It is with deep sadness that the family of Donald “Don” James Smart announce his passing in Kamloops on Feb. 7, 2016 at the age of 51.
With respect for Don’s wishes, there will be no formal service.
Donations can be made to the Williams Lake SPCA in memory of Don.
