1937-2021 ~ It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Clara (Toots) Spletzer, loving mom, grandma and great grandma, on August 26, 2021 at the age of 84 in Williams Lake, BC. Predeceased by her husband Ivan; sons Ed and Dean.
With respect to Clara's (Toots') wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Clara (Toots).
