July 14, 1939 - April 13, 2019
After a long fought out battle with C.O.P.D. (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and Congestive Heart Failure, Ed passed away peacefully at Cariboo Memorial Hospital.

Ed was born in Vancouver, eventually making his way to Wiliams Lake. In his younger years he worked for the Gulf Gas Station and then for Weldwood until his retirement in 2004.

Ed had a great love for anything with a motor and four wheels. This continued throughout his life. He was an avid model car collector in particular anything regarding his idols Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Sr. Ed could be found in front of the TV during NASCAR season then again during hockey season. His team was the Canucks and he still supported the team even though he said they were playing terribly.

Ed leaves to mourn his wife Isabela, stepchildren David (Marina), Jacqueline (Joe), Jennifer and Fiona (Gary), as well as many grandchildren & great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his sisters, Isabel, Stella and Vera, along with many nieces and nephews.

As per Ed's request there will be no service. Ed's ashes will be spread at Big Lake.
