It is with great sadness that the family of Cecil Willis Armstrong announces his peaceful passing on April 16, 2015 at the Cariboo Memorial Hospital.
There will be no service at this time. Cremation took place at the Cariboo Crematorium in Williams Lake. Those wishing to honour Cecil by way of donation may do so to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of their choice.
