Brian Alvin Lock, born November 2, 1951, died unexpectedly January 20th, 2011 at his home in Williams Lake after a battle with diabetes. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta, son of Mary Ann Tari and Otto Lock. Brian is survived by his grandmother Marchuk, his parents, Mary Ann and Otto, son Jeffrey, daughter Tamara, grandson Elijah and brother Peter. He spent his teen years at Bethany Homes for Children in Westaskiwin, Alberta and considered Harvey and Elsie Jespersen his second parents. Brian enjoyed working for various government agencies: AGT and Department of Agriculture in Alberta, and Department of Forests in Chilliwack, Nelson, and Williams Lake.
