With saddened hearts our family would like to announce the passing of Brenda Smid on Sept. 04, 2019 at the age of 62 years.
Brenda is lovingly remembered by her husband Durk, sons Christopher and Kevin Beaton, brothers Morgan Flaherty and Doug (Yvonne) Flaherty. Sisters Colleen Flaherty (Jeff Marfin) Lisa Webster (Eric Banks), Tracy (Randy) Dietrich as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Brenda was predeceased by her mother Lola Hasiuk, father Charles (Doc) Flaherty, brother Gerald Flaherty, and first husband Allister Beaton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Mon. Sept. 9, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Calvary Church, 625 Carson Drive, Williams Lake, BC.
Friends and family are invited to join the family for a luncheon in the basement of the church following the service. We would like to thank everyone for the love and support we have received during this sad time.
