In Loving Memory (1954-2023) ~
Although he was battling cancer, he was determined it wouldn't be his end story. The pride he had for his wife, Kathy, and 3 daughters, Stacey Bergen (Ed), Tara Arrowsmith (Chris) and Amanda Sutherland (Matt) was apparent.
The joy and bond he had with all 5 of his grandchildren was admirable. Colby, Maddison, Brayden, Cooper and Cole will forever miss their grandpa.
With his wife of 48 years and 3 daughters by his side he peacefully said his final goodbye on January 23rd, 2023. He taught us so many things, but one we will carry with us forever is that humour and kindness go a long way.
He leaves behind a special sister and his best friend across the street, but his heart had spots for all his family and friends.
With respect to Alvin's wishes, there will be no service.
